This blossom honey was made by East Neuk Bees over July and August 2022, foraging on the wild flowers and crops blooming around 2 apiaries they have within the East Neuk of Fife.
It has been extracted by cold spinning and gravity filtration and bottled on its own, to make sure you only get a pure, raw and local honey.
