One of the most versatile cuts on the carcass, these can be diced for curries but are equally good marinated in mint and BBQ'd until pink in the middle, very tasty!
Our lamb is 100% grass-fed and spends its life in the fields around the estate. By focusing on several different breeds the farmers are able match the seasonal growth of grass, having more growing lambs when grass is most plentiful. All of the lamb from Balcaskie is Organic certified and Pasture for life assured.
