Beef: Butchers Choice Steaks


There are many fabulous steak cuts which we can take from a whole beef animal which are lesser known and often under used. The butchers choice steak will be either Denver steaks, chuck-eye or bavettes. 2-4 slices making up 500g these steaks can all be pan fried or grilled as per a normal steak. Alternatively they could be diced and skewered.
