Organic Lincoln Red Beef Box

Our Beef box will weigh approximately 12kg and will contain a selection of the following cuts,

• Mince
• Dice
• Topside
• Silverside
• Brisket
• Steaks- Sirloin/ Ribeye/ Fillet / Rump/ NON-prime Denver/ Bavette/ Picahna/ Flat Iron
• Butcher's Choice- Centre cut leg, Chuck eye

The Lincoln Red cattle are able to convert grass into beef without the need to supplement its diet with extra cereals and therefore producing distinctive marbled fat throughout the meat. This marbling keeps the meat juicy and enhances the flavour in every bite.Beef boxes will be ready for delivery or collection on Wednesday 25th October.
