Organic, Pasture for Life, Aged Beef Box.The box will weigh approximately 6 kg and will contain a selection of the following cuts;
- 500g Mince x 2
- 2 kg Beef Roast
- 1.5 kg Slow Cook/ Braise.
- 500g Prime Steak
- 1 kg Non-Prime Steak
Lincoln Red cattle are able to convert grass into beef without the need to supplement its diet with extra cereals and therefore producing distinctive marbled fat throughout the meat. This marbling keeps the meat juicy and enhances the flavour in every bite.
Beef boxes will be ready for delivery or collection on Wednesday the 22nd of May.
