- 500g Mince x 2
- 2 kg Beef Roast
- 1.5 kg Slow Cook/ Braise.
- 500g Prime Steak
- 1 kg Non-Prime Steak
Lincoln Red cattle are able to convert grass into beef without the need to supplement its diet with extra cereals and therefore producing distinctive marbled fat throughout the meat.
