10kg Lincoln Red Beef Box

Organic, Pasture for Life, Aged Beef Box.The box will weigh approximately 10 kg and will contain a selection of the following cuts;

• 500g Mince x 3
• 2.5 kg Beef Roast
• 2 kg Slow cook/ Braise
• 1 kg Prime Steak
• 1.5 kg Non-Prime Steak
• 500g Stewing beef x 2
• 4pk Burgers x 1

Lincoln Red cattle are able to convert grass into beef without the need to supplement their diet with extra cereals and therefore producing distinctive marbled fat throughout the meat. This marbling keeps the meat juicy and enhances the flavour in every bite. Beef boxes will be ready for delivery or collection on Wednesday the 22nd of May.
